Terms of service

In force from:

Informative translation. The legally binding version of this document is the Polish one: Regulamin. In case of any discrepancy between the two wordings, the Polish one prevails.

1. Who provides the services

The provider and owner of the njytech.pl website is NJY Technology, VAT ID PL5993316632 (hereinafter: the Provider).

Contact: kontakt@njytech.pl, tel. +48 513 970 352.

2. What these terms cover

These terms set out the rules for using the njytech.pl website and the conditions for providing services by electronic means, in accordance with art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. They are made available free of charge, in a form that allows them to be downloaded, reproduced and recorded.

User means anyone who uses the site. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms — if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. Which services are available

All services on the site are free of charge. The site does not sell anything and takes no bookings online — no paid contracts are concluded through it and no payments are accepted.

ServiceWhat it involves
Access to content Viewing informational pages about the activity of the Provider.
Contact form Sending an enquiry to the mailbox of the Provider. A reply does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Digital business card A page opened by tapping an NFC tag or scanning a QR code, with the option of downloading a contact file (vCard).
E-mail signature generator A tool that runs in the browser. Data entered in the form is not sent to a server — it stays on the device of the User.

4. What you need in order to use the site

The Provider is not liable for lack of access to the site caused by circumstances on the side of the User or by circumstances beyond the control of the Provider.

5. Rules of use

Users are prohibited from supplying unlawful content. In particular, it is not permitted to:

In the event of a breach of these rules, the Provider may cease providing services to the User concerned and, in justified cases, notify the competent authorities.

6. Conclusion and termination of the agreement

The agreement for the provision of a service by electronic means is concluded when you open a page of the site and, in the case of the contact form, when you submit it. It ends when you leave the site and, in the case of the form, when the correspondence is concluded.

The services are one-off and free of charge, so the User may stop using them at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost.

7. Complaints

Please report any concerns about how the site works to kontakt@njytech.pl. Include a description of the problem, the date it occurred and an e-mail address for our reply.

We send our reply to that e-mail address within 14 days of receiving the report.

8. Personal data and cookies

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy, and cookies and related technologies in the Cookie policy.

9. Copyright

The site and its elements — texts, the NJY word and figurative mark, graphics, layout and source code — are protected by copyright and belong to the Provider or are used under appropriate licences. Using them beyond the scope of permitted personal use requires the consent of the Provider.

The digital business card and the contact file (vCard) are intended to be saved and passed on for contact purposes — the Provider grants consent for that.

10. Consumers and disputes

A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular by applying to a permanent consumer arbitration court or to a provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection, or by seeking help from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman. Information about these procedures is published by the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Using them is voluntary.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Act on providing services by electronic means. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.

11. Changes to these terms

The Provider may amend these terms — because of changes in legislation, in the scope of services or in technical conditions. A new version applies from the day it is published on the site, and the date at the top of the page shows from when. Services already begun are governed by the version in force when they started.

The current version is always available at njytech.pl/en/terms.
