Privacy policy

Last updated:

Informative translation. The legally binding version of this document is the Polish one: Polityka prywatności. In case of any discrepancy between the two wordings, the Polish one prevails.

1. Who the data controller is

The controller of personal data collected through the njytech.pl website is NJY Technology, VAT ID PL5993316632.

For matters concerning personal data: kontakt@njytech.pl, tel. +48 513 970 352.

We have not appointed a data protection officer — for anything related to processing, write to us at the address above.

2. What data we collect

We do not collect special categories of data (such as health, beliefs or organisation membership) and we do not ask for them in the form.

4. Is providing data mandatory

No. Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we will not be able to answer your enquiry. Consent to analytics is entirely voluntary — refusing it does not limit your use of the site.

5. Who we share data with

Data may be entrusted only to entities that perform specific services for us:

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Cookies and analytics

By default the site runs no tracking scripts. The analytics tool (Vercel Web Analytics) loads only after you click „I agree” in the consent banner and sets no cookies. The details — what we store, for how long and how to withdraw consent — are set out in a separate document: Cookie policy.

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Such a request sends the IP address of the browser to Google servers — this is technically necessary to display the page.

7. Your rights

In connection with the processing of data you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, write to kontakt@njytech.pl. We reply within one month at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Security

The site works exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is protected by a password and two-factor authentication. We keep data only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in section 3.

9. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you by solely automated means and we do not use profiling.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change the scope or manner of processing, we will update this document and change the date at the top of the page. The current version is always available at njytech.pl/en/privacy.

The rules for using the site itself are described in a separate document: Terms.
