Legal information
Cookie policy
Informative translation. The legally binding version of this document is the Polish one: Polityka cookies. In case of any discrepancy between the two wordings, the Polish one prevails.
1. Who runs this site
The njytech.pl website is run by NJY Technology, VAT ID PL5993316632. Contact: kontakt@njytech.pl.
2. Short and to the point
The njytech.pl site runs no tracking scripts until you consent to them in the banner. The site itself needs no marketing or advertising cookies — we do not use them at all.
3. What we store and run in your browser
| Name | Type | What it is for | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
njy-consent |
Essential (localStorage) | Remembers your decision from the banner so we do not ask on every visit. | Until you clear browser data |
| Vercel Web Analytics | Analytical (optional) | Anonymous visit statistics: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, country, device and browser type. It sets no cookies — a visit is recognised by a hash created from the request data. Runs only after you click „I agree”. | Nothing stays in the browser; the hash is discarded after 24 hours |
If you choose „No, thanks” in the banner, only the njy-consent entry with that
decision is stored in your browser — no analytics script runs.
4. External services
- Google Fonts — the site loads typefaces from Google servers. Such a request sends the IP address of the browser to Google — this is technically necessary to display the page and does not involve setting cookies on our part.
- Vercel Inc. (site hosting) — keeps standard server logs (IP address, request date, browser type) for security and diagnostics. These are not cookies. With your consent, Vercel also provides the visit statistics described above.
5. How to change or withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent at any time — it takes effect immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Click the button below or „Cookie settings” in the footer of the home page and the consent banner will appear again. You can also delete stored data at any time through your browser settings; every major browser lets you block cookies and clear local storage.
6. Legal basis
Storing and reading information on a terminal device takes place on the basis of art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and — as regards personal data — art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, for essential files).
